0027833: On main screen, right and left panels are not top aligned

DescriptionThere is a two-pixel difference between left and right panels. See attached screenshot
Steps To ReproduceSimply by looking the main screen the difference can be noted.
Proposed SolutionProper GUI design pattern should be followed to review the general element layout on the screen.
