0027673: Some texts in the new standard reports are not translated

Description

Some texts in the new standard reports (RptC_Invoice_Lines_new.jrxml, Rptm_InOut_Lines_new.jrxml...) are not translated (See attached)

Steps To Reproduce

1) Install the Spain Localization Pack
2) Log-in using Spanish language
3) Go to the [Sales Invoice] window and print one invoice
