0027406: Toolbar buttons disabled second time you access a tab having parent tab in Tree mode

DescriptionToolbar buttons disabled second time you access a tab having parent tab in Tree mode
Steps To Reproduce1. Access "Account Tree" window and go to "Element Value" tab. Press "Tree grid" button
2. Expand first node and select first leaf node
3. Access "Customized elements" tab and realise that you are able to create new record (having element value tab in tree mode
4. Access different account tree record and follow same process. Realize that you are not able to create new record in "Customized elements" tab having element value tab in tree mode

Fixes issue 27406: Toolbar buttons are somtimes disabled using tree grid view

The problem was on the definition of the getParentRecord function. In certain conditions it was using the standard grid, when it should have used the tree grid.
