0027274: 1 more junit testcase failing with latest openjdk-6

DescriptionThe MergePropertiesTest depends on order of method execution in the testcase which is random with latest openjdk-6 and all of java7.

Checking sourcecode the only 2 real testcases seems to be testMerge & testMerge2.

testCreateOrigFile1, testCreateNewFile1, testDeleteFiles1 are not real tests but pre+post so their content should be moved into testMerge.

Same for the 2 vairants of same methods
Steps To Reproducerun that junit test with latest openjdk-6 or java7.
