0027070: In window "Settle / Protest Remittances", "search" button does not filter the first time

DescriptionIn window "Settle / Protest Remittances", "search" button does not filter the first time
Steps To ReproduceYou will need to have installed "Remittances Infrastructure" module.
Configure remittances module and create a remittance and process to have data in window "Settle / Protest Remittances"

After the module installation and configuration:
-Go to window "Settle / Protest Remittances form does not work fine"
-Try to filter by any business partner

Verify that it does not work fine. The first time that you press "enter" it does not filter, you need to press twice and the second time you need to wait the response from the first query. That behavior in an environment with huge quantity of data creates a really big problems
