DescriptionWhen Web POS does not find a tax the message should be more clear
Steps To Reproduce-configure a tax from spain to spain
-create a BP with France location

Go to Web POS and use the above BP.

You will see not tax found message, but we should give more information

What information is expected to appear in order to be more clear?

 Something like:

Can not find taxes for product because it does not exist a tax rate defined from country X to country Y
