0026556: When opening the store the business date should be the date of the client and not the date of the server

DescriptionWhen opening the store the business date should be the date of the client and not the date of the server.
Steps To ReproduceFrom a client on a date different than the date of the server open the openstore window.
See that the default business date is the one from the server.

 See related issues, these should be solved first before we can correctly solve this one by defining the default value to be the client's current date.
