0026524: Translation pack included in the Community Pack

DescriptionThe community version needs to include a Translation Pack that includes the translation of all the Openbravo 3 distribution modules.
Some of those modules are already translated and included in the community pack separately, that should not be the case. All of those should be included in a translation Pack.
