0025993: Increase the printer timeout to avoid not printed popup

DescriptionIncrease the printer timeout to avoid not printed popup

In some cases when the network has a delay and hardware manager take some seconds to print a ticket, the users are watching "Print again" popup because we have configured 3 seconds timeout.
Steps To Reproduce-
Proposed SolutionChange the timeout to 6 seconds.
