| Summary | 0025973: Preference: value field is not visible in chrome, supposedly depending on the version of chrome | |||||||
| Description | I now have the second student reporting that the Value field in the Preference window (General Setup) is not visible. The versions of chrome used in this case are 33.0.1750.146 m and 33.0.1750.149 m. The problem in more limited in training, because students have a script and from it they see that there should be a field that is labelled 'value' and that should have a value of 'Y' in it, for the preference to work correctly. However, in a production environment users have no script and might not realize that there is a field missing. See attachment for the screen that the student sees. | |||||||
