0025723: Is impossible to reconcile a transaction that it doesn't have a payment

DescriptionIs impossible to reconcile a transaction that it doesn't have a payment
Steps To Reproduce-Go to Financial Account, select Bank account 1
-Add a new transaction with this values:
  Transaction type: Gl item
  G/L item: Funds transfer
  Received in: 1000
-Go to Imported Bank statement and create one, navigate to line and add new line with amount in 1000 and process it.
-Click on match statement and reconcile
-Notice that the reconciliation is not completed, it is in draft status
