0025714: Incorrect message after assign and group

Description

After creating assigning a user and group several outbound picklists the following success message appears: "OBMPL_GroupPLCreated"

This should be replaced with the correct string message

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a two sales orders and book them. Generate an outbound pick list for each one.
2) Go to [Warehouse Picking List] window and select the recently created picking lists
3) Click in the assign button and check off the group checbox

Proposed Solution

Retrieve the message properly in the AssignActionHandler button (Patch attached)
