0025202: RMP29: when i press + symbol line item qty get decreased when the line item qty is in -ve Quantity

when i press + symbol line item qty get decreased when the line item qty is in -ve Quantity

Steps To Reproduce

1) create a receipt with below line details
a) Adhesive Body Warmers Qty:2
b)Baby Carrier: Qty 2
c) Alpine Skiing backpack: Qty:2

2) Then click line item "Alpine Skiing backpack"
3) Then click the button "Return Line"
4) verify the line item qty changes to -ve
c) Alpine Skiing backpack: Qty:-2
5) From virtual keypad, try to increase the quantity of "Alpine Skiing backpack" by pressing '+' icon
6) Verify the quantity get increased to -3

Defect: Actually the quantity get decreased to -1 instead of changing to -3
