Summary

0024098: Performance when creating tickets is very bad

DescriptionRight now the OrderLoader takes too much time to create a ticket. This is due to several different small performance regressions which have been introduced in the last months, and should be fixed so that it takes an amount of time comparable at least with the earlier versions of the Web POS.
Steps To ReproduceCreate orders. Verify that it takes too much time to create them.

Fixed issue 24098. Improved performance of the OrderLoader. Two main changes have been done:
- Removed an unnecessary flush call
- Do not set the OBContext in case it doesn't need to be changed (it's quite an expensive call)
