0024000: Cost Center dimension is not stored in fact_acct table when creating a G/L Item Financial Transaction

DescriptionCost Center dimension is not stored in fact_acct table when creating a G/L Item Financial Transaction

IMPORTANT: check if the rest of dimensions are properly reflected.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a new G/L Item Financial Transaction
2) Select any cost center as dimension
3) Post the transaction
4) Realize that the selected cost center is not reflected in the accounting
Proposed Solutionsee attached diff.
Note: this diff is not fully tested!
