0023884: Payment report is not filtering find

DescriptionPayment report is not filtering find
Steps To Reproduce-Create a transaction in financial account "Bank-Account 1" related to a "G/L item"

-Go to payment report and configure to filter by one BP and select "Withdrawn not Cleared" option.

you will see that you are able to see the transaction that you have just created in the financial account.
You can see that the field Business Partner is empty so you should not show this record.
Apart from that in pdf format you see the null value.

Fixes issue 23884: Payment report is not filtering find.
It has been necessary to fix only the the part 'Apart from that in pdf format you see the null value', the other problem is a configuration problem
