Changed to design defect as it is because of a smartclient bug. We have posted in the forum[1] for any possible workaround. http://forums.smartclient.com/showthread.php?p=104728#post104728 [^] |

This is due Smartclient sets this field as <input ... disabled ... > and this kind of fields can not be selected/highlighted using Firefox. You can try at: http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/forms/_INPUT_DISABLED.html [^] [^] There is no workaround since it is a Smartclient core functionality (a disabled Smartclient input is translated into a disabled HTML input) that is in conflict with a Firefox core behavior. Maybe this issue can not ever be solved. |
