0023531: Improve message showed when create volume discount

DescriptionImprove message showed when create volume discount
Steps To Reproduce2 new messages text have been added, which could be improved:
"It is not necessary to create an invoice because calculated discount is zero" instead of "It is not going to be necessary to create an invoice because the calculated discount is zero" and "It is not possible to apply a discount." instead of "It is not been possible to apply a discount."
