0023365: In GL Journal is possible to select and Accounting Date of a closed Period.

DescriptionIn GL Journal is possible to select and Accounting Date of a closed Period.
Steps To ReproduceLogin as Openbravo/openbravo

Go to Open/Close Periods.
Close the Period Mar-12 for:
  - Organization: F&B US
  - Year: 2012

Go to G/L Journal Window.
Create a new record:
  - Organization: F&B US
  - Description: Any
Realize that it is possible to set Accounting Date: 20-03-2012
It is possible also to create a Header and Lines and Complete and Post it.

Fixes Issue 23365. Checks if Accounting Date belongs to the
Period set by the User.
