0023291: Paying From changed from "Currency - Name" to only "Name" making the smoke tests to fail

Description

The smoke tests have found that Paying From field contents in Payment Proposal window now do not have the Currency.

Steps To Reproduce

Open Payment Proposal window and display data on the Paying From field. Data should be shown in format "Currency - Name".
