Summary

0023104: Refunding a gift card should not be possible now or current behaviour corrected

DescriptionWeb POS lets you create a ticket with a gift card and mark it to be returned. After processing the ticket, the BackOffice creates a new Gift Card instance.
Steps To Reproduce1) create a new ticket
2) add a gift card product
3) Set the ticket to be returned
4) Process the ticket
5) Go to the backoffice, and you will see that a new Gift Card instance has been created as it was created after a normal sale
Proposed SolutionA business logic must exist for returning a Gift Card (or Gift Voucher). I think this business case is not covered and it could create now potential data inconsistences

Adrian,

As you have recently created gift cards returns you were also restricting not supported flows. Did you restrict this case?
