0002305: [Massive DB updates] Translate

DescriptionSome processes make massive updates in DB dictionary tables, that are not
meaningful (i.e. updated time). This becomes a problem for svn commits,
because these xml files are always committed with a big number of minimal
changes.

Tranlation process updates AD_TextInterfaces table setting the updated field to the current time. This is the way used to know which text interfaces are currently used. To avoid this massive update and in order not to loose the information about what is used, a new "isUsed" field could be added to ad_textinterfaces, this field would be set "N" when a compile.complete is performed (because this task deletes all the interfaces) and to "Y" in the translation process.
