0022891: Impossible to import the bank statement

Description

Impossible to import the bank statement, if one of the bank statement lines has not got the attribute name.

Steps To Reproduce

-Import a OFX file
-delete the attribute name in one of the lines.
-verify that it is impossible to import the file
