Summary

0022876: "No Currency Conversion Rate between currencies found" in "Add Payment" process although conversion rate at doc level is defined

Description"No Currency Conversion Rate between currencies found" in "Add Payment" process although conversion rate at doc level is defined
Steps To Reproduce1. Create Price List with currency=MXN. Add pricelist version and add any product and price
2. Create Purchase Invoice using MXN pricelist and add any line and Complete invoice.
3. Ensure that Financial Account and payment method defined as default for that Vendor has "Make payment in multiple currencies" flag checked
4. Press "Add Payment" process and error will be raised "No Currency Conversion Rate between currencies found" (which is OK at this point)
5. Access Exchange Rate tab of purchase invoice and define conversion between MXN and financial account's currency.
6. Press "Add Payment" process and error will be raised "No Currency Conversion Rate between currencies found" (which is NOT OK at this point)

 Test cases:
-Verify the steps to reproduce.

-Check that if you do not insert nothing in the tab "Exchange Rate" you can continue working if you add the conversion in window "Conversion Rate"

-Check that if you have a value in tab "Exchange Rate" and if you add the change rate in window "Conversion Rate". The "Exchange Rate" value is the most important.

-Verify that if you do not have any echange rate defined you are getting the error.
