0002286: web.xml file has some errors

Descriptionweb.xml file has some erros:
*webapp tag is not correctly formed: though it is right in the template XmlEngine recomposes it in a wrong way.
*<display-name> tags are not in the proper place, they should be after <servlet> tags.
