0002281: AD_Update_Sequence fails inserting sequences for tables

DescriptionAD_Update_Sequence procedure updates the sequence for AD_Sequence table after trying to insert values in it, making it to crash in case it wasn't properly set.

It should update sequences for this table before insertions.
