0002265: Wrong version in properties.template

DescriptionThe porperties.template in the config directory shows the wrong version number.
It shows version 2.34 for version 2.35 (that means if that is the source version I get from SVN update).

Fixed.
Modified to 2.35.
It could be interesting find a way to automatically update it.

In 2.40alpha-r2 says 2.404473 that means version 2.40 revision 4473
