0022497: reserveStockManual is not working correctly

Description

ReservationUtilsData.reserveStockManual is not defined correctly. It need to add a numeric parameter and it is adding character varying.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to ReservationUtilsData.reserveStockManual and check that all the parameters are string, and quantity must be numeric.
