0022252: Price List with excluded taxes

DescriptionIt would be nice that Openbravo WebPos supported price lists with excluded taxes- This alos will allow the user more flexibility in case he wanted to apply the taxes at point of sale.
Steps To ReproduceCurrently, Openbravo WebPOS only allows price lists with included taxes
