Summary

0022052: [Reliability] Sales order after entering the line details, system throws error as Process Run Error

DescriptionIn sales order, in grid view, enter Ctrl + i to insert new row.
Then in BP field, click Ctrl + Enter and select the BP
Then for line details, i click copy from order option, after i select the order details and when i click OK button

System throws the below error message
"ProcessRunError"

I found this issue in MP15, Mp14, MP13 as well. Also i am facing this issue in Purchase order window also
Steps To ReproduceIn sales order, in grid view, enter Ctrl + i to insert new row.
Then in BP field, click Ctrl + Enter and select the BP

I found this issue in MP15, Mp14, MP13 as well. Also i am facing this issue in Purchase order window also

The root cause of this issue was that the autosave was not working properly on the grid, so if a process was called on a line that was not yet saved, the process would fail.

This problem was fixed in the issue 22625 https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=22625 [^]
