0021966: Quantity validation in Create Lines Process in Goods Receipt

DescriptionThe create lines from process in Goods Receipt window allows to create lines with quantity higher than the invoiced/ordered quantity
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a new goods receipt
2. Click "Create lines from" button
3. Select a Order/Invoice
4. Select a line and increase its quantity
5. Click Ok.
The line will be created without showing any error

Login as Openbravo/openbravo
Create a goods receipt

"Organization":F&B España - Región Norte
"Business Partner":Servicios Inmobiliarios Los mejores, SA

click create lines from button
select the order 1000048
select the line 10
increase the quantity from 23 to 123
Click ok

Notice that it shows the error "Movement Quantity is greater than the Ordered/Invoiced Quantity."

Test Plan 2:

Login as Openbravo/openbravo
Create a goods receipt

"Organization":F&B España - Región Norte
"Business Partner":Servicios Inmobiliarios Los mejores, SA

select the invoice 10000281
select the line 10
increase the quantity from 10 to 11
Click ok
