Summary

0021963: Wrong message when GLItem used in Tax Payment process does not have accounting defined

DescriptionWrong message when GLItem used in Tax Payment process does not have accounting defined
Steps To Reproduce1. Go To Tax Register Type and configure "Sales Type" record setting any GLItem which has not Accounting defined
2. Add Line for "Entregas IVA 21% - IVA Normal" tax and "AR Invoice" document
3. Register Sales Invoice for any BP, using "Entregas IVA 21% - IVA Normal" tax
4. Go to Tax Payment window, create record for that BP and valid date range. Check "Generate Payment" and run "Create VAT registers". Realize that Sales Tax line has been added
5. Ensure that BP used has default Payment Method defined in its Customer and Vendor tabs
6. Run "Process" and you will receive message "null value in column "c_validcombination_id" violates not-null constraint".

Proper error should be raised, such us "GL Item defined in Tax Register Type does not have accounting defined"
