0021659: Apply Trim before save

DescriptionData is saved with spaces before or after the string. Users when they copy paste enter values with spaces, when extracting and comparing in reports the data doesn't match, also generates duplicate data.
Steps To ReproduceAdd a space in any data field before or after and save
Proposed SolutionSuggest to apply trim before saving any record to avoid spaces or return characters being included in data.
