| Description | Data is saved with spaces before or after the string. Users when they copy paste enter values with spaces, when extracting and comparing in reports the data doesn't match, also generates duplicate data. |

| Proposed Solution | Suggest to apply trim before saving any record to avoid spaces or return characters being included in data. |
