0021492: "Insert Orphan Line" functionality is not properly working when using PIT pricelist

Description"Insert Orphan Line" functionality is not properly working when using PIT pricelist
Steps To Reproduce1) Setup new Pricelist defined as "include tax".
2) Create a return from customer header using this pricelist
3) Enable "Insert Orphan Line functionality by setting preference "RM Allow Orphan Line"=Y
4) Add a line using "Insert Orphan Lines": set product, qty and price
5) Realize that orphan line has been inserted but "Gross Unit Price" and "Line Gross amount" fields have not properly been informed.

 Test Plan:
1) Setup new Pricelist defined as "include tax".
2) Create a return from customer header using this pricelist
3) Enable "Insert Orphan Line functionality by setting preference "RM Allow Orphan Line"=Y
4) Add a line using "Insert Orphan Lines": set product, qty and price
5) Realize that orphan line has been inserted and "Gross Unit Price" and "Line Gross amount" fields have been informed.

Do the same with a pricelist without "include tax"

 Both cases (PIT and no PIT) are working properly
