0021253: Prevent the same user from logging in more than once on one terminal

DescriptionOn the demo site this is actually desired and it is intentional. In a real environment this should not happen as nasty things can happen such as two or more sales orders with the same document number are created.
Steps To Reproducena
Proposed SolutionMake it possible to disable multiple user sessions for one user.
