0021107: Support multi session and introduce Lock Screen

DescriptionLock screen functionality combined with multi session allows multiple users to lock their screens on the same terminal while keeping their sessions.

Future: Multi session support. A user can lock her screen and the session is kept. In the meantime another user can log in to the same terminal and the other user´s session is still kept. So everyone keeps his session at all times. So there is a Lock Screen and a Log Out functionality. The last means that the users decides to leave and this also means all session info will be lost, including pending tickets.

Current situation: We do not have multi session yet. Meaning that technically after log out we can keep the session data BUT when another user logs in on the same terminal (when the first user is away), the first user´s session is lost. This is something that can cause confusion.

For V0: although we can store session data for one user, we need to delete all pending tickets & session data on log out. For the next version we will the properly distinguish Log Out and Lock Screen and support multi session.

Steps To ReproduceN/A
Proposed SolutionFor V0.X: Introduce Lock Screen and multi session support.
