0020900: In Volume Discounts the "All excluding defined" option for Products and Categories does not work

DescriptionIn Volume Discounts the "All excluding defined" option for Products and Categories does not work
Steps To ReproduceAs system admin role:
   Activate the Volume Discount and Volume Discount Settlement tabs in the BP screen
   Compile the environment (ant compile.complete.deploy)

As group admin role:
   Go to the Volume Discount screen and create a new record
   Select the "All excluding defined" option for Included Product
   Leave the Included Product Categories empty
   Add the Volume Discount Parameters (discount % and min.amount)
   Add a Product in the Product tab
   Add a Business Partner in the Business Partners tab

   Go to the Sales Invoice screen and create a new record
   Select the previous BP
   Include a line with a product different from the previous defined one and put the quantity higher than min.amount (defined before)
   Complete it

   Go to the Business Partner window
   Select the BP used before
   In the Volume Discount tab click the "Create Invoice" button
   Notice that there is no Document no. in the success message and that the invoice has not been created (in the Sales Invoice window)

 It will work as Price Adjustments: it will do an intersection (not a union) between defined products and defined product categories.
