0020417: Control Amount field should be removed from GL Journal Batch window

DescriptionControl Amount field should be removed from GL Journal Batch window as this is a verification made between GL Journal Header and Lines
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to GL Journal window and set Control Amount=500
2. Add GL Journal Header with Control Amount=0
3. Add GL Journal Line with any Account Combination and Debit=200
4. Add GL Journal Line with any Account Combination and Credit=200
5. Process Header and Batch. No validation is executed and you are able to process journal.

If you repeat these steps setting GL Journal Header with Control Amount=500 then validation will be properly raised. As no validation is performed with "Control Amount" field in GL Journal Batch window, field needs to be removed.
