Summary

0019865: Process Plan Version "active" flag it does not take into account in Work Requirement Process

DescriptionWhen the Process plan version is not active its operation appears in Work requirement window when it runs the Work requirement process.
Also when you print the process plan, it appears too.
Steps To ReproduceAs Group Admin role,
Navigate to Process Plan window:
  - Create a new record:
       *name: AA
       *Include Phases when inserting: Yes
       *Starting Date: Today
       *Ending Date: Today +1
  Go to Version tab:
   - Create two new records:
        First: Active -> Yes
        Second: Active -> No
  Go to Operation tab:
    -Create new records to both versions
  Go to I/O Products tab:
    - Create new records to both operations

Navigate to Work Requirement window:
  - Create a new record
      *Select Process plan: AA
      *Include Phases when inserting: Yes
Save the record, press the Process Work Requirement button:
We realise that the operation from the version NON active is inserted.

Navigate to Process plan window:
  - Print it.
We realise that all versions appear.
