Summary

0019009: Project name is unique between Service Project and Multiphase Project

DescriptionBoth Service Project and Multiphase Project have a name field. The name has to be unique between both screens. This is confusing, because when entering a Multiphase project, you don't know what values are already used in the Service Project and vice versa. Also, it's confusing since most users will not realize that the name is unique between both screens.
Steps To ReproduceAdd a Service Project with the name 'Test' and save. Go to the Multiphase Project screen and try to enter a new record with Name 'Test'. Try to save this record. There will be an error message that the name should be unique.
Proposed SolutionThe name should be unique by screen. An additional filter should be added to the profitability report and Project progress report (as well as any additional screens or report that refer to the project name) to filter whether a service project or multiphase project is selected.
