0018725: Business partner selector in Purchasing Plan is filtering by customers by default

DescriptionBusiness partner selector in Purchasing Plan is filtering by customers by default.
As is a purchase flow, it should filter by providers by default.
Steps To Reproduce1) Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Transactions || Purchasing Plan || Header
2) Click on Business Partner Selector
3) Realize that Customer radiobutton is selected by default
Proposed SolutionCreate an auxiliar input, in 3.0:
