0018714: Not Posted Transaction Report is only showing elements in Posted=N status

Description

Not Posted Transaction Report is only showing elements in Posted=N status. It should also consider other posting error statuses, such as, "Invalid Account", "Not convertible rate"...

Steps To Reproduce

--Not convertible rate
1. Define price list in MXN currency and set any price for any product
2. Define conversion rate between EUR and MXN for date 04/10/2011 to 04/10/2011
3. Create Sales Invoice using MXN pricelist with Invoice date=Accounting date= 04/10/2011. Add line and process invoice.
4. Modify Accounting Date to 05/10/2011 before posting the invoice
5. Try to post it and document will remain in status "Not Convertible Rate"

Proposed Solution

Modify report's query to consider different posted error statuses, not only posted='N'
