0018664: Create Purchase Order window (pop-up from Manage Requisition window) should be review and re-phrased

DescriptionCreate Purchase Order window (pop-up from Manage Requisition window) should be review and re-phrased
Steps To ReproduceNavigate to manage requisition window and verify that there is a requisition which has same BP and Price List information in the header and in the lines.
Press the button Create Purchase Order.

Realize that Create Purchase Order window describe that:
If all the selected requisition lines have a common BP, Price List and Organization, then the common value is shown in the appropiate field.

But that is not right as the field BP and Price List are empty.
Proposed SolutionWe either change the message or make Openbravo to work as described above.

 Test Plan:
  Go to Manage Requisition.
  Create a record with 'Moon Light Restaurants, Co,' as business partner and 'Be Soft Drinker Price List' as Price List.
  Go to 'lines' tab.
  Create a record with 'Moon Light Restaurants, Co,' as business partner and 'Be Soft Drinker Price List' as Price List.
  Press the Complete button.
  Press 'Create Purchase Order' button.
  In the popup you can see that all the parameters are filled like it is said in the text in the top of the popoup.

fixed bug 18664 Change default values in Create Purchase Order Popup
In Manage Requisition window pressing 'Create Purchase Order' button a popup
is opened. The default values of the parameters that appear in this popup
have been changed.
