Import Bank Statement process fails when business partner name has character '

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Cuaderno 43 module
2. Define bank statement file with business partner name cointaining character '
(for example, T'EST)
3. Try to import file in your Financial Account and realize that no bank statement is created

Proposed Solution

problem is in query of method "matchBusinessPartnerByName", located in FIN_BankStatementImport.java
