0018441: Exchange rat at doc level should be in sync with Add payment in/out exchange rate

DescriptionExchange rat at doc level should be in sync with Add payment in/out exchange rate
Anyway, either of them could always be changed by the end-user because timing could be different, therefore exchange rate could also be different.
Steps To ReproduceAccounting schema currency and Financial Account currency is EUR.
Exchange rate setup at system level for a given date is 1 USD = 1,5 EUR
(From 01-09-2011 to 30-09-2011)

Create a purchase Invoice in a foreign currency, let's say USD, dated on 6-09-2011.
Before completing the purchase invoice, enter an exchange rate in the exchange rate tab of the sales invoice as 1 USD = 1.25 EUR by example.

Complete the invoice. Post the Invoice. Exchange rate used will be 1 USD=1.35 EUR.

Later on create a payment out by using the process button "Add Payment In/Out" from the Invoice. Realize that the system is showing a new exchange rate field which could be changed by the end-user. Let's say that by the time of creating the payment the exchange rate has changed to 1 USD=1.45 EUR.

Process the Payment.

Navigate to Payment Out window. Select the payment out just created and post it if applicable.

Realize that the system has not used the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.45 EUR entered at the time of creating the payment, but the one setup at system level 1 USD = 1.5 EUR.

Proposed SolutionThis is not critical because there is an option of entering before posting the payment the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.45 EUR in the exchange rate tab of the payment but

We should verify that:

Once an exchange rate is enter in the add payment in/out window, that exchange rate is going to be the same one used while completing/posting that payment, that means that the system will automatically save that exchange rate in the exchange rate tab of the payment. End-user will always be able to change it.

 Due to the load with other issues we were not able to research this one for MP4, are planning MP5 for it now.
