0001823: AD_TABLE data access level

DescriptionWithin AD_Table table, we should set the data access level to System/Client otherwise client administrators cannot access the corresponding window (Table and Columns) to be able to exclude certain roles from having access to a particular table (defining role access on a tab level).

It shouldn't, it is a dictionary table so it is correctly set as System, in order to set access to different roles it is possible to access by General Rules || Security || Role Access || Role >> Table Access.

Anyway, at currently security is managed by window not by tables.
