0017667: Cuaderno 34 is wrong with negative payments

Descriptionif you include in a remittance of type "cuaderno 34" a negative payment, the file generated is wrong

The total amount is incorrect too.
Steps To Reproduce. create a remittance with a negative payment
Proposed Solutionnow, the line generated, the negative character is previously to amount, but the correct position is in the character 63
