0017341: You cannot install current APRM version on top of MP30. Build validation is not working

DescriptionIt is correct that you cannot install 1.14 APRM version on top of 2.50MP30 but the installation should stop in build validation phase and not in the next phase
Steps To Reproduce1. Having mp30
2. Install 1.14 APRM

In the build validation should stop but instead is failing in next phase which is not correct
