0017284: Report Cashflow Forecast links are not working.

DescriptionReport Cashflow Forecast links are not working.
Steps To Reproduce- Go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Cashflow Forecast.
- Search for data.
- Click on one of the links.
Proposed SolutionThis is caused due to the change of the tab, fields, columns, labels etc. from payment to payment in/out. This report uses the name of the tab to navigate to the tab.
